With an average float time of 2 - 3 weeks, we would recommend requesting delivery for 1 or 2 days before it's required to cater for any courier delays. Orders placed before 1pm can be sent for next day delivery if the delivery date is available at the checkout (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays - orders for these days will need to be placed before 1pm on Friday). You can order at any time in advance of needing your balloon, and choose a delivery date at the checkout. Highlands, Islands & Non-Mainland UK Delivery Delivery Option If your delivery is more than one working day (Monday to Friday) late, we may provide a refund depending on the circumstances. If your delivery arrives one working day (Monday to Friday) later than the requested delivery date, we will not provide a refund, except where you have chosen a timed premium service, in which case we will refund the associated cost for this service. However, there are occasions where our couriers experience issues which means your delivery is delayed. Please Note: All orders are dispatched in enough time so that they should arrive on your chosen delivery date. Deliveries may be affected by adverse weather conditions and other factors outside of our control. While we endeavour to honour your Chosen Delivery Day, we are at the mercy of our couriers. The delivery times quoted are accurate for the majority of the UK but are not guaranteed. Your delivery will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. If you order after 12noon please allow an extra working day to receive your delivery. £3.49 - Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and choose Express Delivery, your order will be despatched that same day via Royal Mail 1st Class post for delivery within 1 - 3 working days.
